Creativity and collaboration at its best!
Our students took part in a photo competition where mixed teams were given prompts and challenged to capture the perfect shot. After some fantastic entries, Team Celtiberia were crowned winners and presented with a mug featuring their winning photo, a brilliant keepsake!
Collaboration continued during the Olympic Games activity, where GETSS students read out clues in English for their Spanish teammates to complete their mission. It was full of laughter, teamwork and new friendships.

Exploring the beauty of Cabo de Gata ️
Guided by Erasmus+ coordinator José, our group visited the breathtaking Cabo de Gata. We learned all about the history behind the area and even the origin of its name.
We took in the spectacular views of Playa de los Muertos, enjoyed some time on the beach, and were lucky enough to spot flamingos in the wild!
An unforgettable day filled with history, nature and sunshine.

Science in Spain!

Our students had the opportunity to work in the science lab with Agustín, where they explored geology in a hands-on way. A highlight was seeing his incredible rock collection — a fascinating insight into the geology of the region.

It was fantastic to see learning come alive in such an engaging setting. Erasmus+ in action!

1. Sierra de Gádor Hike
What a way to begin our Erasmus+ adventure! ️
Our students hiked up the stunning Sierra de Gádor with geology teacher Agustín, taking in breathtaking views of Berja from above and even exploring a cave along the way.
An unforgettable experience combining nature, adventure and learning!
To top it all off, the host families organised a beautiful picnic, cooking and sharing so many delicious local dishes. We were so well looked after and truly experienced the warmth and generosity of our Spanish hosts.

Shannon Aviation Museum- Pics

Model United Nations 2026- Pics

Our students are taking part in a three-day Model United Nations conference, and day one has begun with a strong sense of purpose and enthusiasm. Over the coming days, they’ll debate global issues, collaborate with students from other schools, and develop their skills in diplomacy, critical thinking, and public speaking.
A brilliant opportunity for learning beyond the classroom.
