Peadar started his career in another start up school in West Dublin before becoming part of the original start up team at GETSS. He has taken part in a number of different subject initiatives such as Junior Cycle Coding in Action and Leaving Certificate Computer Science Phase 1.

Studying Design Technology Education at GMIT Letterfrack as his initial teacher education before completing a Higher Diploma in Software Development also at GMIT. Peadar has also work in with the Professional Development and Support Service for Teachers (PDST) STEM Team. Both as a subject Editor and as an Associate for Computer Science.

As an athlete Peadar represented his club Craughwell AC, County and College in Athletics with 4 nationals medals at Junior and U23 level to his name. Now he prefers the less competitive world of Kitesurfing and travels the west coast looking for the best wind & waves.
