Aoife Munro SSA(Student Support Assistant)

Aoife is originally from Dublin and holds a BA in Sociology and Social Policy from Trinity College Dublin, as well as an MA in Gender, Globalisation and Rights from the University of Galway. She also completed a Special Needs Assisting qualification in 2022. Aoife began her career working in an Autism class in a Dublin primary school before moving to Galway to work with the Galway Autism Partnership while completing her master’s degree.

A fluent Irish speaker with a passion for the Irish language, Aoife values inclusion and believes in creating supportive environments where every student can thrive. She is excited to contribute her experience and enthusiasm to the GETSS community.
