On leaving school, Nicole studied at GMIT & completed my Bachelors of Business in Culinary Arts & graduated with Honours. She went on to work within the hospitality industry.
At the end of the pandemic, Nicole wanted to take the time to study something of interest, having a passion for inclusion & supporting others. She continued to work in hospitality as I completed my qualification in Special Needs Assisting.
