VSware for Parents
Welcome to our guide to VSware, the platform we use to manage student information at GETSS. This page is designed to help parents and guardians understand how to access and use VSware to stay informed about your child’s progress and school life. What is VSware?
VSware is a secure, online platform used by schools across Ireland to manage student data. As a parent or guardian, you can use VSware to:
- View your child’s daily timetable
- View your child’s attendance records
- Access term reports and assessments
- Monitor behaviour records
- Update contact information
How to login to VSware?
You’ll receive your unique username from the school.
- Go to the VSware login page.
- Click Reset Password and enter your username.
- Enter the last 4 digits of your mobile number to receive a verification code.
- Use that code to set your password and log in.
For security reasons, the school cannot reset your password—but we’re happy to help guide you if needed.
How to access VSware?
- Accessing VSware via the GETSS app: Once you have downloaded the school app, you can access VSware directly from your app menu. You do not need to use the VSware app as well as the school app.
- Accessing VSware via desktop: Type https://galwayetss.app.vsware.ie/ into your browser to log in
