These are some of the questions that have been emailed in with regards to applying for a place in Galway ETSS.

My child is now in 6th class. How can I apply for a place for 1st Year?

An online application form will be available here in October. The closing date for applications will be advised here also. All details are included in our Admissions Policy and in our Annual Admissions Notice which can also be found here.

Can I apply for a place for future years or can I put my name on a list?

We do not take names, there is no list. We only accept applications for 1st Year for children who are in 6th Class in the current year.

What is the catchment area/school planning area for GETSS?

The map of our catchment area is available here. We are a regional solution for the Galway City and Oranmore school districts.

I missed the Open Night. Is it possible to get more information?
